We cross the river and we will observe the mortars carved in stone. We take the path that will take us to the First Grotto of the Virgin. After 2 hours of ascent, passing through places such as "El Talón", among trees that are increasingly taller, we will reach the First Grotto of the Virgin, and then continue to the Second Grotto, this time descending towards the stream crossing it more than one a dozen times, the so-called Arroyo de la Virgen, which is one of the tributaries of the San Ignacio River.

Once at the destination, I rest to regain strength,  hydration and nutrition. We will have a picnic in the area, taking care not to leave any residue in it. We will leave free time for prayer and placement of offerings.

raised by a person nicknamed the "Gringo" García, who was a very incredulous being.

According to comments from the inhabitants of the area, this man brought wood from the hill, and in that place there was a very large rock that prevented him from passing the cut wood to the sawmill in the city of La Cocha.

There were several attempts to split it by placing dynamite, so this incredulous man promised that if the Virgin performed the miracle of splitting the stone until he returned from the top with the wood, he would build a grotto there.

The miracle occurred and the man kept his promise. Thus, every December 8 the pilgrims visit it.

After a few hours, we will return to the San Ignacio River, to have a picnic in its surroundings, or visit a nursery or return to La Cocha and take a walk through the Terminal's shopping center or have a snack before returning to their place of origin.
